A number of months ago I wrote to residents locally regarding the consistent apathy that our elected representatives have regarding the lack of graveyard space in the Dublin 15 Area. Yet again another issue continues to escalate without any intervention or information from Fingal County Council. Many locals are unfortunately being faced with the logistical difficulty of having to bury their family members in different counties bordering Dublin West. Fingal County Council have not made any provision to deal with this issue and in my role as an Area Representative I will do my best to advocate on behalf of residents who strongly feel that a new graveyard is needed locally. If elected I will work proactively to initiate a much needed solution to this issue
